Each participant is free to run on the day of their choice and share their experience on social networks with the hashtag #flyingcolours.

Three different courses are possible allowing everyone to participate: 10km for a family run, 22km for the more seasoned runners and finally for those who wish to challenge themselves, a 50km course!
